Dr. Holtzclaw Sells Out Implant Course at American Academy of Implant Dentistry Annual Meeting

Dr. Holtzclaw recently lectured to over 1,500 attendees of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) Annual Meeting. The meeting was held at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas Nevada on October 14-18. Dr. Holtzclaw lectured on immediately placed mandibular molar implants and also ran a half day course teaching the technique. Dr. Holtzclaw’s course was one of only 2 training courses which sold out at the meeting. Dr. Holtzclaw trained 45 experienced dentists on this challenging technique and received a crystal award from the AAID in recognition of his contributions to the meeting.
